Cancelling tickets:

In principle, it is not possible to cancel purchased tickets, but there is an exception, namely a cancelled or rescheduled activity.

- In this case, you have received an email with instructions on how to cancel your ticket.

- Tickets for recurring activities can be converted to an available date, if you want to make use of this option, this must be made known 24 hours before the start of the activity.
 

Returning books:

The books can be returned within the legal 14-day cooling-off period. Please contact us first using our withdrawal form.
The costs of returning are for the account of the buyer, as soon as the order is back in our possession we will return the purchase price.
