Small Dutch Soldiers Book

The "Klein Nederlands Soldatenboek" (previously announced as "Groot Nederlands Soldatenboek") is a compilation of texts and images about the Dutch army.

The tone is slightly ironic, the humour student-like. The material was partly sent by civilians and soldiers in response to an appeal from publisher Thomas Rap. On the back cover a telegram addressed to conscripted soldier Vervoort, reads: "Return immediately with key rest room" and signed by the commander of the 934th battalion Lua.
